Terms of Service — SweepSEO

By using https://sweepseo.pages.dev ("Service") you agree to these terms with the operator, SweepSEO (contact: support@sweepseo.example (placeholder until brand domain is live)).

1. The service

SweepSEO provides a technical SEO auditing service that crawls sites you submit and stores private reports. Plans and limits are described on the pricing page; paid plans bill through Dodo Payments (our merchant of record) in advance.

2. Acceptable use

You will not: use the Service for unlawful content; exceed fair-use/plan limits or build tooling to evade metering; send malware/phishing via any URL or widget we host; submit others' personal data without lawful basis; probe or stress-test our infrastructure without written permission.

3. Your content

Content you process through the Service stays yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display it as required to provide the features you enable. You are responsible for having rights to anything you upload or link.

4. Availability & support

Target availability is best-effort on free infrastructure. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or security risk, with notice where practicable.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties except those non-excludable at law. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

6. Termination

Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues to period end. We may terminate for material breach after notice and cure period of 14 days.

7. Law & venue

Governed by the laws of India; courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
